I and my brother uni students have a fully furnished house available for a student or professional to share with.
The house is fully furnished with three bedrooms and one bathroom and toilet and fully-equipped kitchen. It is situated in highland estate in a quiet street with nicely family-oriented neighborhood. It is 4 mins walk from the bus stop which has 535 and 529 buses running to craigieburn train station. highland shopping center and newly-opened cragieburn town center is conveniently within walikng distance.
The room has a single bed with mattress and linin, a desk and chair, a massive TV and built-in wardrobe. Smoking is ok in the backyard only (although not encouraged). Pets are ok depending on the type and size (usually small dogs are ok).
The rent is $160 which includes all bills. by law, a bond of $320 and two weeks rent in advance are required.
